In addition to Connective, Rick’s great loves in life include spending time with his young family, fishing and whatever the latest fitness fad of the day might be. Since beginning his recruiting career in Silicon Valley, Rick has gone on to build new offices and new IT markets in Los Angeles, Austin, Chicago and Houston, as well as influencing countless IT careers. Since the inception of Connective, Rick has been the steward over explosive growth including a place on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies in the United States with an annual growth rate of 155%

Rick received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
