Responsibilities:
- Recruiters engage candidates, establish interest, qualify fit and introduce them to positions which improve their careers.
- Account Managers engage hiring managers and work with them through the process of finding their favorite hires (contractors or employees)
Qualifications:
- Professional staffing experience in recruitment or sales
- Skilled communicator (verbal and written)
- Goal-oriented with an innate desire to succeed
- Ability to work urgently in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
- Strength in creating lasting relationships
- Ability to grasp new concepts and ideas quickly
